We designed the studio at No Parking to allow photographers and filmmakers to effortlessly move lights and scrims, build large sets, run multiple seamless backdrops at once, bring in vehicles, or conduct complex catalog shoots with maximum efficiency. The space flows perfectly and puts everything in reach for easy setups – so you can spend more time shooting and less time parking.
No Parking is connected to all rental houses and has an extensive suite of in-house grip, lighting, and camera packages on the ready. From pre to post, we offer unprecedented support on-site to satisfy all of your production needs and have you ready to go on shoot day.

CONTACTOur studio is designed for maximum versatility and production capacity. With stations for crafty, holding, costume and hair/makeup, it can accommodate sets as wide as 20 feet for longer lenses (>85mm) and up to 35 feet for wider lenses (<55mm).
Approximately 24’ x 63’ of studio space accommodates long lenses and multiple applications including larger sets and multiple backdrops.
A versatile studio lighting grid sits 18’ above the floor and covers 24’ x 26’ of the total studio space. Includes two Aputure Nova P600c lights on the grid.
Movable high-load pantograph system configured for in-house 12x12 scrim allows for overhead, shoot-through and backdrop uses.
Covering the entire 24’ width of the studio from the front and the back, with additional sound baffling for video at grid and ground level.
Lit makeup mirrors, floating tables, adjustable salon chairs, and rolling hair/makeup caddies.
Photography or video, we have the juice to meet your production requirements.
Remote-controlled backdrops accommodate 3 rolls of paper up to 9’ wide at 11’ tall for added versatility.
Our SJ3219 Skyjack provides a work height of 24’ 6” with a capacity of 500 lbs.
Studio bathroom with full-length mirror, plus a larger bath/dressing room with hooks and clothes bins for talent.
Security-gated parking stalls for overnight lock-up with a 20’ bay door at grade to unload directly into the studio.

We help you bring great ideas to life with additional support services including production design and custom set builds, set dec and costume sourcing, hair and makeup, catering and craft services, in-house retouching and post production facilities. At No Parking, everything is possible.
All rentals include sand bags, apple boxes, V-flats, stands, flags and diffusion. Continuous lighting and strobe kits may be provided at your request. All prices are flexible and subject to your project. Discounts for multi-day use are also available.
